Listing Program Overview
1 The Flat Rate Listing is designed for the do-it-yourselfer who likes to save money by doing the marketing and sales functions typically done by a real estate agent.  Fox Real Estate provides support in putting the listing on the MLS, providing fundamental marketing support, is available by phone to answer questions and give advice, reviews purchase contracts, and provides disclosure documents to the seller as required by state law.  The agent takes primary responsibility for making sure the transaction is in compliance with state law and greatly reduces the possibility of the seller facing a future lawsuit from the buyer. 
2 The Client Assist Program builds on the Flat Rate Listing by providing additional marketing and sales support while saving the seller significant money.  In exchange, the seller handles many of the functions typically done by the real estate agent and saves half of the seller’s agent typical commission.  
3 The Full Service Program is designed for the seller who wants the same level of service provided by traditional franchised broker, but at a savings that only an independent office with lower overhead can provide.  The primary advantage of this program is the seller maintains more control of the marketing budget and has the added advantage of a .5% rebate of the sale price of the home is applied to the seller’s closing costs if the home sells in the first 21 days of the listing.  Also, the Fox Real Estate agent documents the services to be provided in writing and backs performance of these services with an EZ-Exit guarantee. 
4 The Premium Service Program is designed for the seller whose most important concern is in getting the home sold quickly and for the most money. Additional advertising and marketing services are provided for the listing. As with the Full Service Program, a .5% rebate of the sale price of the home is applied to the seller’s closing costs if the home sells in the first 21 days of the listing and services are backed by the EZ-Exit guarantee.
